Water Jet Cutting

PCI has been preforming ultra high pressure water jet cutting for almost 20 years.

In that time we have cut almost every imaginable material type. From 4” alloy steel plate to vinyl floor covering. Our precision system is capable of holding very tight tolerances, in some cases rivaling traditional rigid tool machining equipment. Because abrasive water jet cutting is direct “thru-cut” technology it can process most materials at less cost than our other large format processing methods.

 

At PCI it goes beyond the specs of our great equipment. Our technicians are are highly skilled and knowledgeable with most processing methods with well over a decade of experience.
